Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Art Director to lead our talented graphic design team and drive our creative vision. As an integral part of our leadership team, you will ensure the seamless execution of projects while maintaining the highest standards of creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the graphic design team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.

Develop and execute creative concepts that align with client goals and brand identity.

Oversee the end-to-end design process, from brainstorming to final delivery.

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other teams to understand project requirements and expectations.

Stay updated on design trends and integrate them into projects where appropriate.

Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Art Director or in a senior creative role (4+ years preferred).

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects, particularly in digital and branding.

Leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and mentoring a design team.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.

Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and brand identity design.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Based in Lebanon.
