Sales Manager (Based in Ghana)

Established in 2013 in Ghana, Twellium has expanded to several countries in Africa, focusing on beverage and confectionary products. Job summary:
Responsible for overseeing production, demand & supply, and market preferences. The sales manager should have a track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to lead a sales team to achieve revenue goals.

Required skills & qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of sales experience – F&B industry is mandatory
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Duties & responsibilities:
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve skills and sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and expand the customer base.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate on product development based on customer feedback and market demand.
