Position Summary

Responsible for planning, executing, and managing OMT’s events and marketing initiatives. Contributes in the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies, and drives engagement across various channels. Promotes OMT’s brand image and digital services.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications:

• Collaborates with Direct Manager and marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audiences

• Drives the marketing of OMT Pay, features, products; Brainstorms, leads and implements marketing ideas that attract and engage customers and stakeholders

• Utilizes market research and analytics to refine marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth

• Implements digital marketing tactics, such as email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing, to support event promotion and overall marketing efforts

• Monitors and analyzes campaign performance and adjusts strategies as needed to optimize results

• Collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals

• Conducts market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

• Monitors progress of campaigns using various metrics and submits reports

 

Event Planning and Execution:

• Plans and manages all aspects of corporate marketing events from inception to completion

• Coordinates event logistics, including venue selection, equipment, marketing material, coordination with suppliers and vendors

• Ensures proper setup of locations following the marketing plan

• Develops event timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure deadlines are met and costs are controlled

• Oversees event promotion and coordinates with Stakeholders on attendance and engagement

• Executes lead generation campaigns related to events

• Manages relationships with vendors, suppliers and organizers

• Coordinates with suppliers on production and installation of necessary deliverables

• Manages on-site event presence and communications and acts as a point of reference for Stakeholders

• Manages event and marketing budgets effectively, ensuring all expenses are within allocated budgets and ROI is measured


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Events Management or any other relevant degree

 

Technical Skills:

• Fully proficient in English & Arabic verbal and written communication. French is a plus

• Proven experience in event management, marketing, or related roles, with a track record of successful event execution and marketing campaign management

• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, email marketing systems, and social media management tools

• Previous experience with digital products is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

 

Relevant experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing and events management
