Senior IT Support Engineer

Role:
-Manage Microsoft 365 deployment and policies, user roles and access.
-Day to day user support and troubleshooting
-Upgrade and install new hardware and software, and perform troubleshooting techniques.
-Remotely troubleshoot end user and server hardware, software and solutions, including Windows, Mac, Linux, Veeam, Esxi, Vsphere, Fortigate firewalls.

Qualifications:
2-3 Years Experience Managing Microsoft 365 Environment for a 100+ Employees company.
Preferred:
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.
Or
Microsoft 365: Security Administrator Associate
