Sales officer - finishing/construction

We are looking for a sales officer within the construction and finishing industry. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about sales and possess a strong understanding of the construction/finishing market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and aims to increase the aesthetic appearance including state of the art coating and painting, plastering, paneling, flooring, tiling, decorative stones or parquet laying products and services.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the targets.
2. Identify and engage potential clients through networking and cold calling.
3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
4. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
5. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
6. Provide after-sales support to clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
8. Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s offerings.

1. Proven track record in sales within the construction/finishing sector
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Fluency in either English and French or both is a plus.
