Role Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Architect to join our team. This role requires expertise in creating and managing digital models that support all phases of building projects, from conceptual design to construction documentation

Qualifications

• Architecture and Interior Design skills
• Proficiency in Architectural and Construction Drawings
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Ability to create accurate submittals
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).

• Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture

• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling for design and/or shop drawings projects
