A Dynamic company based in Dubai looking for back office customer care / Sales Executive for different shifts:

Job Description:
As a Customer Care / Sales Executive, you will have:

- Respond to incoming queries using company’s chat platform including first inquiries, follow up, submission of reports etc…
- Promote company’s services and try to upsell
- Attend to customer’s complaints and address it by coordinating with Operations team
- Connect to booking system and place reservations to clients
- Share invoices with clients and follow up payments
- Achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Semi Flexible attendance (few days required at office):
- Male or female
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer care role .
- Should be able to work from home with access to internet
- Should be able to work night shifts depending on the schedule
- Should be able to work on weekends depending on the schedule
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Well organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
