Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage reservations and ensure a smooth seating process.
- Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist in handling guest requests and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
