Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, supporting the sales team, and ensuring seamless communication between marketing and sales functions. This role requires creativity, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
• Create and manage content for marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and sales decks.
• Coordinate with designers, writers, and external vendors to produce high-quality promotional materials.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Sales Team Support
• Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing materials and resources that support lead generation and sales efforts.
• Manage and distribute sales collateral, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and relevant.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and client-facing documents.
• Act as a liaison between marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and strategies.
• Track and manage leads through the CRM system, providing insights on campaign effectiveness.
Event Coordination
• Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, and other events to promote the company’s products or services.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, registration, and promotional giveaways.
• Support post-event follow-up to maximize lead engagement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a related role.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Suite) and CRM systems is a plus.
