Junior IT Support

Mazen Pharmacy is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Junior IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will assist with troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting the company’s IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide first-line support for end users, answering technical queries via phone, email, or in-person.
Hardware/Software Installation: Assist in installing and configuring new hardware (computers, printers, etc.) and software systems.
System Maintenance: Help maintain and update software applications, network infrastructure, and servers.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
User Account Management: Assist with setting up user accounts, permissions, and access to systems.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT issues, support requests, and resolutions.
Network Support: Help monitor the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure uptime and optimal performance.
IT Projects: Support senior IT staff in larger IT initiatives, including software upgrades and system migrations.
Security: Assist in ensuring IT security measures are in place and followed, including software updates and virus protection
