Job Purpose:
Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of human capital solutions, including job descriptions, policies and procedures, organizational structures, and competency frameworks to optimize workforce performance and alignment with business goals.

Technical Duties:
• Develop and update job descriptions by gathering role-specific information, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Assist in creating and refining HR policies and procedures to support best practices, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to designing and updating organizational structures to ensure clear reporting lines and effective workflow management.
• Support the development of competency frameworks and leveling, ensuring alignment with job roles and performance expectations.
• Conduct research and benchmarking studies to align policies, structures, and competencies with industry standards.
• Assist in reviewing and optimizing HR processes to enhance efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Prepare HR documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
• Engage with clients to gather relevant information for the preparation of job descriptions, organizational charts, and policies.
• Participate in HR diagnostics and provide support in analyzing organizational challenges related to structure, roles, and competencies.
• Ensure all deliverables, including JDs, policies, and frameworks, meet professional quality standards and deadlines.
• Work closely with project teams to support the implementation of HR solutions across client organizations.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager within the specified scope of work.

Educational Qaulificatons:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or nay related field.

Experience:
