Role Description

Les Amis Boutique is seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager. The Store Manager will have a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience, driving sales, and ensuring that our boutique reflects our brand’s luxury and elegance. This role involves supervising daily operations, managing a dedicated team, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

The Store Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

·        Team Leadership: Manage store staff, to ensure they deliver high-quality customer service and maintain the boutique’s standards.

·        Sales Management: Drive sales and achieve targets effectively.

·        Customer Experience: Enhance the shopping experience by providing personalized service, addressing customer needs, and resolving any issues promptly.

·        Store Operations: Direct daily store operations including inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

·        Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, and prepare reports to optimize store performance and implement strategies for improvement.

·        Brand Representation: Ensure the boutique’s environment reflects our brand’s image and values through attention to detail in store presentation and customer interactions.

Qualifications

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.

·        Experience: 3-5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record in leading a team and driving sales in a luxury retail environment.

·        Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in inventory management and store operations preferred.

·        Other Requirements: A customer-centric mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for luxury retail.
