SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER POSITION:


A key person who serves as the liaison between the company and the client, who has the ability to hold the responsibility for his needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.


Job description


Responsibilities:

  • Operation as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Meeting with the internal marketing team to brainstorm and define the advertising strategy and requirements to improve the entire customer experience.
  • Developing and delivering client focused monthly marketing plans for improvement to meet sales quotes.
  • Working with graphic designers, copywriters, content creators, and influencers to create engaging social content.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, assisting in requests and escalating issues as needed.
  • Insure that the client’s page is following the trends and social media updates Coordinating the design and writing teams to ensure the timeous delivery of content.
  • Reviewing and interpreting social analytics to measure and guide the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Generating analytic reports and social media feedback for presentation and review.
  • Keeping abreast of industry and consumer trends, advancements in technology, and new social media platforms and tools.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications or any related field.
  • Familiarity with all major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
  • The ability to keep up with industry trends and new social networks
  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
