Key Responsibilities:
• Client Account Management: Take charge of managing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and understanding their unique communication needs. Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and strategic guidance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Encourage the team to excel in delivering innovative solutions that align with client goals.
• Project Oversight: Monitor and guide project management processes, ensuring that projects are executed seamlessly, on time, and within budget. Implement best practices and refine strategies to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction. Strategic Communication Planning: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, and develop and execute strategic communication plans that align with their goals. Provide insights, innovative ideas, and solutions that contribute to the success of client campaigns.
Qualifications Skills:
• Strong Account Management and Project Management skills.
• Proven experience in Team Leadership and Team Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Language Proficiency:
