Presentail is looking for an Import Specialist to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in import and shipping logistics
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and documentations
- Ability to work with various suppliers and freight forwarders
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the shipment of goods from suppliers to the warehouse
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and documentation requirements
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to facilitate timely delivery
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of import activities and expenses
- Work closely with the purchasing and accounting departments to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing
- Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in import regulations
