Import Specialist

Presentail - Lebanon - Achrafieh
Presentail is looking for an Import Specialist to join our Achrafieh office.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in import and shipping logistics
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and documentations
  • Ability to work with various suppliers and freight forwarders
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the shipment of goods from suppliers to the warehouse
  • Ensure compliance with import regulations and documentation requirements
  • Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to facilitate timely delivery
  • Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records of import activities and expenses
  • Work closely with the purchasing and accounting departments to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in import regulations
