Social Media Executive

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.

You will manage the organization's social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with followers to enhance brand awareness and reputation.

Additionally, you will analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Manage and maintain the organization's presence on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for social media posts.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages and respond appropriately to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into strategies.
  • Research and identify new opportunities for social media growth and expansion.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in agencies.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
