Job Summary:
The Junior HR Coordinator will support the HR department in day-to-day operations, focusing on employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with CNSS regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of HR processes and Lebanese labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Records Management:

Maintain accurate employee files, ensuring they comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Update employee information, including contracts, attendance, and personal details.
CNSS Administration:

Handle CNSS registration, deregistration, and monthly declarations.
Ensure compliance with CNSS regulations and resolve related issues.
Recruitment Support:

Assist in sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
Prepare offer letters and follow up on onboarding processes.
Payroll Assistance:

Support payroll processing by preparing necessary employee data, such as overtime and leave records.
Ensure accuracy in salary calculations and deductions for CNSS.
Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
Assist in resolving employee concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
HR Compliance:

Stay updated on Lebanese labor laws and CNSS requirements to ensure compliance.
Assist in preparing reports and documents required by regulatory authorities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, with hands-on experience in CNSS administration.
Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HR software or payroll systems is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
Working Conditions:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
On-site work at Sleep Comfort headquarters.
