Malak Al Tawouk is hiring Cost Control for its head office in Kaslik.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintains an effective collaboration with outlet managers and franchisees to reach business objectives.
• Verifies all sales invoices registered on company’s system.
• Records and files sales invoices received in the archive of the cost control department and after a specific period of time get rid of all invoices.
• Collects and verifies sales reports coming from outlets, and initiates all activities that lead to perform a daily variance analysis.
• Contacts outlets managers to determine variances' root cause, and modifies records registered on the system.
• Provides daily variance reports to all outlet managers determining daily variances in outlets.
• Provides reports for the HR department regarding the sales and price of uniforms.
• Investigates reasons behind variances in stock and outlets in order to take corrective actions.
• Collaborates with cost controller specialist in the preparation of the monthly outlets’ variance sheet.
• Receives and verifies delivery note signed by outlet managers that determine quantity received.
• Receives production sheets from the central kitchen and registers details mentioned in the sheet on the system.
• Supports central kitchen and warehouse supervisor in their work to ensure accurate reports and information.
• Supports kitchen and warehouse supervisor in operational issues related to the creation and confirmation of new items on the system.
• Provides monthly reports that include the sales of outlets, average check per outlet, trend analysis, etc.
• Conducts spot check visits for outlets that aim to determine if policies and procedures related to cost management are implemented.
• Provides daily reports to the top management that include variances in outlets and sales performance.


Education & Work Experience:
• 0-2 Years of Experience in the same Field
• B.S. in accounting and/or equivalent
