We are looking for an accountant - Office admin to join our team !

Job Description:

- preparing invoices for clients on time
- ensure collection of payments
- handle all office-related documentation
- control all cleaners' attendance for projects
- prepare salaries for all employees, office, and cleaners
- recording daily transactions
- handle salary payouts
- prepare monthly financial report / P&L
- cost control for all expenses
- follow up on all online transactions/Whish or bank transfers
- daily cash flow count
- first point of contact with new clients
- follow up on office cleaning
- stationery order and office needs
- prepare meeting schedule
- get quotations from suppliers wherever needed
