The KPI Institute is a research institute specializing in business performance. It operates research programs in 12 practice domains, ranging from strategy and KPIs to employee performance, and from customer service to innovation performance. Insights are disseminated through a variety of publications, subscriptions services, and through a knowledge platform available to registered members. Support in deploying these insights in practice is offered through training and advisory services.
A recently initiated research project is dedicated to the application of management systems in personal life. A multi-disciplinary research team explores the structure and application of personal administration at individual, couple and family level. The result of the research project is a series of tools, templates, toolkits, publications and training courses content. LMSL, the Life Management Science Labs, is an organization aiming to empower people all over the world to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life Management Science, which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a comprehensive architecture.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the localization business in line with company goals. focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their localization needs and propose tailored
solutions.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
- Drive revenue growth through proactive lead generation and effective sales pitches
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines;
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.;
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
- Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, research, product development) to align sales efforts with broader company initiatives.
We expect you to:
- 3-5 years of proven working experience as a business development manager,
- sales executive, or a relevant role;
- Proven sales track record;
- Experience in digital is a must;
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software;
- Proficiency in English;
- Market knowledge;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to build rapport;
- Time management and planning skills;
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
