As a Reservations Agent at Local Host, you will be responsible for attending to guests courteously and dealing promptly with their requests and queries. Undertaking various administrative duties and planning whilst preparing for future business amongst other duties. Candidates should have high organizational and people skills.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way, anticipating guest needs and building rapport
• Responding to guests’ queries on different booking channels platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct, etc...)
• Communicating and liaising continuously with the operations team (housekeeping and maintenance) to prepare for guests’ arrival and during guests’ stay
• Collecting payments from guests prior to their check-in
• Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
• Give proper and complete handover to the next shift
