SMC, a leading healthcare company in Beirut, specialized in providing medical products and services, is currently looking for an HR manager to join their team.

Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and legal compliance.



Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Experienced in recruitment, payroll, and training and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
