Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance with product inquiries and purchases.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Educate customers about the features, benefits, and care instructions of furniture and mattress products.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring all paperwork and systems are updated accurately.
Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure timely product delivery and setup.
Maintain a clean and organized customer service area, including product displays and promotional materials.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in customer service, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is a plus.
