Fulfillment Coordinator

Presentail is looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Achrafieh office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in order management or logistics coordination
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the fulfillment process of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Liaise with suppliers and shipping partners to track inventory levels and shipment status
  • Monitor order status, resolve any issues that arise, and communicate updates to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and shipments in the system
  • Assist in optimizing fulfillment operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to address inquiries and provide support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to fulfillment and shipping
