Job Description:
Talent Capital is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Officer to manage and grow our presence on Instagram and LinkedIn. If you have a passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging posts, stories, and reels for Instagram and LinkedIn.
Develop and schedule content that aligns with Talent Capital’s branding and messaging.
Manage daily posting and monitor engagement to build an active online presence.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Stay updated on social media trends and tools to keep content fresh and innovative.
Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to improve content reach and engagement.
Respond to messages and comments to foster a strong online community.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in content creation and social media management
