Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Strategy and Vision:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy aligned with the company's brand identity, mission, and goals.
o Drive the development of innovative campaigns that differentiate the company in the market.
2. Brand Development:
o Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
o Oversee the design and tone of marketing materials, including digital content, print media, and promotional assets.
3. Marketing Collateral Creation:
o Lead the creation and production of marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and sales kits.
o Ensure all materials effectively communicate the company’s value propositions and adhere to brand guidelines.
4. Influencer and Partner Collaborations:
o Develop strategies for collaborating with influencers and bloggers to enhance brand visibility.
o Oversee the selection, onboarding, and management of influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and goals.
o Monitor the performance of influencer campaigns and optimize for better engagement and ROI.
5. SEO and Digital Optimization:
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for search engines.
• Oversee the integration of keywords, meta descriptions, and other SEO elements into website and digital platform content.
• Analyze SEO performance and adjust strategies to improve rankings and online visibility.

6. Team Leadership:
o Manage and inspire a creative team, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and sales, to align creative efforts with business objectives.
7. Content Creation and Oversight:
o Lead the creation of engaging content for social media, the digital platform, and other marketing channels.
o Approve designs, copy, and final deliverables, ensuring high-quality output.
8. Market Research and Trends:
o Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
o Research competitors and customer preferences to enhance creative strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in service-oriented industries.
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand development, marketing collaterals, and SEO-optimized content.
• Experience working with influencers and managing partnership campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and other relevant tools
