Role Purpose:
- Ensures full availability of company products. Maintains proper presentation & merchandising of all brands

Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain the interest of the company as a priority, and insure extreme integrity and honesty in dealing with customers, colleagues, and superiors
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationship with Key Account’s staff, floor as well as warehouse staff
- Ensures the proper implementation of contractual shelf shares as per company’s agreement with key accounts
- Implements Plano-grams as per company’s guidelines
- Monitors continuously the stock level in the outlet and coordinates the replenishment with his direct superior
- Have a thorough up-to-date knowledge of all the products within the company portfolio
- Have a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of competitive products and activities in the market
- Monitor the expiry dates of FDC products submit bi-monthly reports
- Ensure visibility, inviting appearance, & cleanliness of our products
- Managing shelf spaces in the most beneficial way
- Strictly adhere to the company operational policies and regulations while performing the tasks: Such as HR policies (working hours/No less than 80% of the time in the field, leave the office no later than 9:30 am, general appearance and dress code), Finance policies, meetings, and reporting
- Prepares, on a daily basis, a merchandize report and submits it to Merchandising. The report will include outlets visited, activities performed, price compliance and competitive information
