The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s nightly operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a smooth workflow during overnight hours. This leadership role requires attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to act as the hotel’s main decision-maker during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:

Act as the main point of contact for guests during the night.
Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, or emergencies with professionalism and care.
Operational Management:

Oversee all hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Security during the night shift.
Ensure seamless check-in, check-out, and room allocation processes.
Conduct nightly audits and prepare reports for the management team.
Safety & Security:

Monitor security systems and patrol the property to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Respond promptly to emergencies or disturbances and liaise with external authorities if necessary.
Team Leadership:

Supervise and support the night shift team, ensuring high performance and adherence to hotel standards.
Provide training and mentorship to staff as needed.
Financial Oversight:

Conduct nightly revenue reconciliation and ensure all transactions are accurate.
Monitor cash handling procedures and prepare end-of-day financial summaries.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of property management systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus.
Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are an asset.
Ability to stay calm and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Work Hours:
Shift: Overnight (10 PM - 7 AM).
Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
