Position Title: Security Guard
Location: Beirut Central District
Key Responsibilities
Access Control
Monitor and manage entry/exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
Verify identification of visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
Maintain a log of visitors and vehicles entering and exiting the premises.
Patrolling and Surveillance
Conduct regular property patrols, including common areas, parking lots, and surrounding premises.
Report and address any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or maintenance issues.
Incident Management
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
Assist residents during emergencies, such as evacuations or medical situations.
Resident Assistance
Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests as needed.
Address resident complaints or concerns professionally and escalate as required.
Enforcement of Rules and Policies
Ensure compliance with building rules, policies, and regulations.
Prevent unauthorized parking or loitering on the premises.
Emergency Response
Act as the first point of contact during emergencies (e.g., fire, theft, medical emergencies).
Liaise with emergency services when required.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in security or a related field preferred.
Certifications: Valid security guard license and first-aid certification (if required by local laws).
Skills:
Strong observational and communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Physical fitness for patrolling and handling emergencies.
Work Environment
Shift-based work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Combination of indoor and outdoor duties, requiring standing, walking, and exposure to various weather conditions.

Resident and guest satisfaction with security services.
Maintenance of a safe and secure environment within the property.
