Responsibilities:

  • Leads and supervises a team of floor staff (Cashiers, Operator, sales, stewards...)
  • Provide direction and guidance to associates to ensure efficient and effective: Floor operations and Customer service.
  • Performs daily store activities such as opening and closing procedures which includes monitoring attendance, activating security system, receiving goods from factory, insuring the good display of products and applying FIFO…
  • Manages different departments within the store
  • Ensures pricing is accurate
  • Ensures internal policy is applied
  • Ensures standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are met.
  • Sending daily/weekly reports to the HR.
  • Handles customer questions, complaints and issues.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates excellent leadership skills
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience as a Floor Supervisor / branch Manager
  • Team player
  • Communicate clearly and effectively
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
  • Manages time efficiently
  • Demonstrates solid problem-solving skills.
