Responsibilities:
- Assist the chef in preparing and producing oriental sweets according to instructions.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients in required quantities following recipes.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitized at all times during shifts.
- Assist in packaging and labeling sweets for delivery or storage.
- Help operate and clean tools and equipment, ensuring they remain in good working condition.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing ingredients and supplies in storage.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the chef or supervisor.
- Work effectively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a factory or oriental sweets production setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and production processes.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
