Responsibilities:
- Process purchases accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and provide assistance with their inquiries or special requests.
- Handle orders placed in person or through phone calls, ensuring accurate input of details and timely processing.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, reconcile cash drawers, and generate sales reports as required.
- Be familiar with Al Sultan Sweets’ product offerings to assist customers with their choices and answer questions confidently.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor or manager when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area to reflect the brand’s high standards.
- Work closely with sales staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Apply special offers or discounts as instructed and communicate promotional details to customers.
- Answer calls promptly and courteously, taking phone orders and providing accurate information about products and services.

- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred.
