Role Description
This is a contract role for a Business Development Manager located on-site in Beirut. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, developing growth strategies, and negotiating contracts. They will also conduct market research, collaborate with internal teams, and represent the company at events.
Compensation
This position is commission-based, with earnings tied to the successful acquisition of projects. Compensation will be calculated as a percentage of the value of each project secured.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in developing growth strategies and negotiating contracts
- Market Research and Analysis skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the construction or architecture industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
