Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales and Administration Executive to join our electric vehicle showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for showcasing and selling our range of innovative electric vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the showroom’s administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the electric vehicle selection process.
- Present product features, specifications, and benefits, and conduct test drives.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by building relationships with clients and providing tailored solutions.

Showroom Administration:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records of sales and inquiries.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring the showroom is well-stocked and organized.

Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest electric vehicle models, technologies, and industry trends.
- Educate customers on electric vehicle benefits, financing options, and after-sales services.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and service teams to enhance customer experience.
- Participate in showroom events, promotions, and training sessions.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM systems.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Valid driver’s license.
