Key Account Manager

Liban Lait is the name of the largest dairy farm in Lebanon, founded in 1997. Liban Lait produces and distributes dairy products in Lebanon. It has a franchise agreement with Candia, the leading producers of UHT milk in France, allowing it to manufacture and distribute products under the Candia brand name.
Liban Lait is seeking a Key Account Manager. This role will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with strategically important clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The KAM will act as the main point of contact for key accounts, driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top decision-makers of key accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Regularly review and analyze account performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned and new accounts.
• Generate and manage sales quotations for key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
• Conduct sales forecasting and align strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Propose sales promotions and pricing strategies based on market research.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing lists and promotional materials.
• Conduct periodic reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify additional needs.
• Oversee payment collection and collaborate with supervisors to resolve outstanding issues.

• Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
• Client satisfaction and retention rates.
• Market share growth in the assigned territory.
• Timely completion of export formalities and order fulfillment.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
