Key Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, or applying primers.
Repair cracks, holes, or imperfections in walls and other surfaces.
Painting Tasks:

Apply paint, varnish, stains, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Mix and match paints and stains to achieve desired colors and effects.
Equipment and Tools Management:

Safely operate painting tools and equipment.
Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas after use.
Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Dispose of hazardous materials and paint waste in compliance with environmental regulations.
Quality Assurance:

Inspect painted surfaces for flaws and ensure a smooth, even finish.
Make touch-ups or corrections as needed to achieve a professional result.
Additional Duties:

Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on schedule.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
