Field Sales Operation Manager (Preferably Experienced in FMCG)
Location: Beirut-Hazmieh | Experience: Minimum 5 years
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG, with a strong track record of leading teams, driving sales growth, and executing successful strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote existing products and introduce new ones.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize sales performance.
• Prepare annual sales budgets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster business growth.
• Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to enhance skills and productivity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a sales Manager, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and drive results
