A well-known restaurant chain in Lebanon is looking for a Quality and Food Safety Manager.

Job Scope
The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems across all phases of project execution. This role involves collaborating with various departments and branches to ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. The Quality Manager will also lead audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall project performance.

Tasks and Responsibilities
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining food safety and quality management systems in accordance with ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential food safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards through all our branches.
• Oversee food labeling and packaging processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform internal audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality and food safety protocols.
• Support the preparation for external audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions
• Deals with quality improvement by completing product, company, system, and organizational audits.
• Establish and enact the Inspection Plan.
• Determining and ensuring that customer requirements are met
• Keeping an eye on the goal of increasing the company’s profitability
• Conducts hazard analyses and monitors quality measures to set the standard for quality assurance
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Safety, or any related field.
• Experience in ISO 22 000 and ISO 9001
• Knowledge in Food Safety and Regulations
• Ability to conduct risk assessments
• Knowledge in Food labeling and packaging
