Sales Specialist- Santell

Job Purpose:
The FMCG Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling Santell products within the Lebanese market. The main objectives of this role are to expand the brand's presence in the market, build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and reach sales targets set by management.

Key Accountabilities:
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to facilitate collaboration and achieve business results.
- Opening new markets and discovering new points of sale.
- Following up on customer contracts.
- Reaching sales targets set by management.
- Implementing and monitoring pre-assigned displays to increase product visibility and sales.
- Monitoring product placement, pricing, and quality.
- Applying marketing tools such as shelf talkers and in-store marketing activities.
- Preparing daily and weekly reports, including competitor information.
- Collecting dues in due time.
- Reporting on price fishing, new products and market trends.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
- 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG.
- A car and driving license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for report writing.
- Achieve monthly sales target
