We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the furniture and mattress industry to join our dynamic team in Beirut.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Assist customers in selecting the right furniture or mattress products that meet their needs and preferences.
Order Processing:

Manage customer orders from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
Issue Resolution:

Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Record and follow up on customer feedback to improve services and processes.
Product Knowledge:

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Sleep Comfort’s products and services.
Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and warranty details.
Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and achieve company goals.
Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within the furniture and mattress industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
