Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Digital Specialist at Yemnak. This can't be a part-time or side project. There is a lot of work for us and our clients, no time to do anything else.


We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team and take charge of our (and clients') digital presence, including social media, video production, work graphics, and content creation. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for daily tasks related to digital strategy, project management, and digital marketing. This is a hybrid role, based in Lebanon.


You will create engaging content, manage our social media channels, and produce high-quality videos to promote ours as well as clients' brand and products. Your creativity and digital expertise will help us reach and engage our target audience effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create attractive Reels and Tiktoks
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content, including text, images, and videos
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering community engagement
  • Produce high-quality videos for marketing, product demonstrations, and other promotional activities
  • Collaborate with the clients and other in-house departments to develop content that aligns with brand and marketing goals
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance and engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation


Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
  • Proficiency in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and engaging content
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in digital strategy and project management
  • Strong analytical and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Graphic design skills and experience with design software.
  • Experience with SEO and content optimization techniques
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing
