Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spare Parts Specialist located in Lebanon. The Spare Parts Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely delivery of spare parts, maintaining inventory control processes, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Inventory Management and Inventory Control skills
- Experience in maintaining inventory processes and systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of spare parts and automotive industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
