Hexing Group, a leading Chinese company operating in over 90 countries, is looking for a talented Presales/Product Manager specializing in renewable energy products (solar) to join our dynamic team in the MENA region. Based in Lebanon, this role involves driving sales efforts, managing renewable energy products, and supporting business development activities in the region. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the solar energy industry and the technical expertise to lead customer engagements, product strategies, and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals within the solar energy market across Lebanon.
- Focus on building and expanding Hexing's sales channels by identifying and targeting key prospects and customers in the renewable energy sector.
- Design and present tailored solar energy solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and Hexing's product offerings
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase Hexing’s market share and grow the customer base in the region.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and technical activities to maximize revenue generation.
- Presales Support & Proposal Management:
- Support the sales team by conducting in-depth market analysis and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the renewable energy sector.
- Design and develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements.
- Prepare and deliver detailed presentations across the MENA region to showcase solar energy solutions and their benefits.
- Manage the technical aspects of RFQs (Request for Quotations) and RFPs (Request for Proposals), ensuring technical accuracy and client specifications are fully addressed.
- Assist in contract negotiations by offering technical insights to align with client requirements.
- Market Engagement & Sales Enablement:
- Identify and seek out potential partners who align with Hexing's business lines and have the capability to support strategic growth in the MENA region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with multiple distributors and identify key players in the solar energy market to help expand Hexing’s footprint.
- Engage with major industry stakeholders and decision-makers to unlock significant project opportunities and secure large-scale projects in the region.
- Represent Hexing at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote solar energy solutions and build brand recognition.
- Conduct internal and client training sessions to highlight product benefits, while gathering valuable market feedback to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
- Experience working in presales, product management, or technical support for solar energy products is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the renewable energy or solar products sector, with a focus on developing and closing deals, is a must.

- Strong technical understanding of solar energy technologies and related products.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for preparing reports, proposals, and data analysis.
- Fluency in English is required.
