We’re Hiring: Sales Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365
This job can be on-site in Dubai, UAE.
Why This Role?
As Sales Manager you will drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman. This role requires strong connections with Microsoft to create and nurture new opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with Microsoft teams and leverage a dedicated pre-sales team for demos, scoping, and proposals. The focus is on relationship-building, strategy, and closing deals. Join us to lead digital transformation in the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Microsoft Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft teams to generate high-quality leads and align on go-to-market strategies.
- Pipeline Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Deal Management: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for customers.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the pre-sales team to deliver tailored demonstrations, proposals, and scoping that address customer requirements effectively.
- Strategic Selling: Understand the competitive landscape, customer pain points, and market trends to craft compelling value propositions that differentiate the company’s offerings.
- Customer Success Alignment: Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers post-sale and maintain a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline growth, deal velocity, and win rates, to continuously improve strategies and performance.
What You Bring
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management within the ERP, CRM or business applications space.
- Strong existing connections with Microsoft and familiarity with their ecosystem to enable effective collaboration and lead generation.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust with both Microsoft teams and potential clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex sales cycles, including negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic and results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Desirable
- Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar business applications.
- Familiarity with the GCC market and its unique business environment.
- Background in working with multi-functional teams, including pre-sales and delivery.
- Arabic language proficiency and GCC experience are added advantages.
