Job Summary:
This opportunity offers a comprehensive and rich career development path, where you will be responsible for supporting our managed services projects, ranging from infrastructure and database management to managed cloud services. Your role will evolve based on the company's project funnel, ensuring a diverse and challenging work environment, while you continue to learn new practices throughout your career via the continuous follow-up performed by our Center of Excellence in Beirut.
Responsibilities:
Start with our Academy Training Program, covering training on essential disciplines including: DevOps, Cloud Computing, Linux, SQL & RDBMS, and Platform Monitoring.
Participate in clients’ projects and missions on the disciplines acquired during training. Such missions would require:
- Adapting to different technologies and platforms based on the client’s projects.
- Supporting, monitoring, and troubleshooting client’s platforms and applications
- Effectively utilizing tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Splunk or other for project execution.
Candidate might be assigned to long-term projects requiring placement at customer sites. This would require:
- Adhering to customer policies and protocols during their assignment period.
- Regularly communicating with managers about the progress of the mission.
- Continually seeking opportunities for process optimization and automation, leveraging available tools to innovate and streamline operations.
In certain roles necessitated by our 24x7 IT operations, employees may be required to participate in shift rotations, as determined by operational needs to be communicated accordingly.
Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Good programming and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with one of the following disciplines: Relational Databases, Linux, or Cloud.
- Demonstrated interest in learning and implementing new technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
