We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting our logistics and shipping services to customers in need of efficient and reliable freight forwarding solutions. The Sales Representative will work closely with our operations and customer service teams to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and that their supply chain needs are met.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue potential clients within the target market, including manufacturers, retailers, and wholesalers.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring the growth of the company's customer base.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique logistics needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our freight forwarding services, including air, ocean, and land transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and supply chain management.
• Conduct presentations, negotiate pricing, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of international shipping, customs, and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
