Role Summary:
The Team Leader is responsible for assisting in the administration of the warehouse, as well as other warehouse operations such as stock control and team management.

Requirements:
1.Warehouse Supervision Assistance:
- Assist in supervising the warehouse in terms of administration and operation to ensure optimal service.
- Divide the orders among the pickers in order to execute delivery in coordination with the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
- Divide the orders per geographical location in order to provide them to the distribution unit.
- Assist in supervising the proper organization of products in the warehouse as per the set guidelines.
- Extract the sales orders from the WMS in order to perform any replenishment needed in coordination with the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
Ensure service quality assurance to guarantee customer satisfaction.
2.Stock Control:
- Control the container upon reception to ensure that a correct order has been received in coordination with the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
- Control the invoice after picking in order to avoid discrepancies.
- Monitor the expiry date of all products in order to ensure the best quality for our clients.
- Assist in managing the return products received from clients in order to add these products to the warehouse inventory.

3.Team Management:
- Ensure that the assigned responsibilities within the team are well performed.
- Manage, coach and motivate the team in order to lead them toward high performance.
- Delegate tasks effectively to others and ensure that they have the needed skills to succeed in order to have an effective and efficient flow of activities.

Requirements:
- Technical Degree.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Logistics. Experience in a warehouse is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
