We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator for our new branch in Jbeil! This is a great opportunity to grow with Facilitate International and play a key role in our success!
This role offers the opportunity to gain invaluable experience, develop key skills, and grow within our organization; The Project Coordinator position is one of the most essential positions in our company! You will coordinate between our clients and technicians to facilitate a wide variety of maintenance services within properties and facilities, while providing complicated decision making to an endless variety of problems daily.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM [On-Site]
Duties:
- Assign and schedule site visits (assessments, repairs, recalls etc.) with the right technicians.
- Gather the needed information prior to dispatch.
- Proactively procure new technicians and backups for all work orders.
- Obtain detailed description of situations, clear action plan, and estimated costs (internally referred to as the assessment).
- Negotiate pricing with technicians when needed.
- Gather accurate specifications, brand, model number, and serial number for replacement parts, materials, or equipment needed to be ordered.
- Prepare the Quote/Proposal/Bid based on assessments, market value, costs, and contracted charges.
- Obtain before, during, and after pictures, as well as a sign-off for each site visit.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and cost details are uploaded for accurate invoicing before closing a work order.
- Proactively update colleagues, clients, and all relevant systems.
Requirements and Skills:
- Fluency in English: Excellent writing and speaking skills.
- Ability to Learn complex ideas quickly.

- Average Technical knowledge.

- Familiar with Gmail, Outlook, and Exchange.
