We are seeking a motivated and results-driven salesperson to join our pest control company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our pest control services to residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to assess their pest control needs and provide customized solutions.
• Present and sell pest control services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, contracts, and follow-ups.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 7 to 10 years of experience in sales.
• Degree in either PR or Business Administration or Marketing or any related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• A valid driver’s license.
