Role Description
The Marketing Communications Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing marketing communication strategies and tactics that support our business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon.
The Marketing Communications Coordinator will be responsible for creating content for various marketing materials (brochures, press releases, newsletters, email marketing), creating and maintaining content on the firm’s website and LinkedIn page, drafting proposals and presentations as assigned, and submitting forms required by the legal directories. Additionally, the role involves researching events related to the relevant industries we cover, identifying the best opportunities for participation, and supporting the firm’s involvement in these events, in addition to organizing events hosted by the firm, and carrying out other work-related assignments and duties as directed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field
- a Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Internet research tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of graphic design software tools (Illustrator, Photoshop..)
- Experience in the legal industry is a plus
